With the DOCMED general practitioner model, your child benefits from the services of the basic insurance and can see the paediatrician directly (up to the age of 12) - without a referral.
Free choice of hospital throughout Switzerland for your baby
With the HOSPITAL ECO supplementary hospital insurance, you can freely choose the hospital for your child anywhere in Switzerland. The supplementary hospital insurance covers the hospital costs not covered by the basic insurance for treatment outside the canton in the general ward.
By the way: If you register before birth, HOSPITAL ECO hospital insurance is free of charge for 12 months from the month of birth.
Complementary medicine
With COMPLETA supplementary insurance, you receive coverage for remedies and therapy methods provided by complementary medicine, such as osteopathy, kinesiology and Bach flower remedies.
International insurance cover
Thanks to the worldwide international cover of the COMPLETA supplementary insurance, you can travel with your baby without worrying. The baby insurance covers the costs of outpatient and inpatient emergency treatment, transport and rescue as well as repatriation to Switzerland.
Braces, caries
Braces cost a lot. With the COMPLETA supplementary insurance and the DENTAplus Bronze dental insurance, you receive contributions towards the costs of braces and other dental treatments.
By the way: If you take out the baby insurance before birth, the additional insurance DENTAplus Bronze is free of charge for 12 months from the month of birth.
Legal protection
The private and traffic legal protection of our legal protection insurance Helsana Advocare PLUS is an optimal supplement to the foreign and health legal protection of the COMPLETA supplementary insurance. Advocare PLUS is free of charge for your child up to the age of 18.
Insurance cover in the event of disability
The UTI and CTI endowment insurance policies protect you against the financial consequences of disability due to illness or accident.
By the way: If you take out the baby insurance before birth, the UTI endowment insurance is free of charge for 3 months from the month of birth.
